Terms of Service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AlgoLedger.io and related services operated by Strategic Lifecycle System LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AlgoLedger.io ("AlgoLedger," "we," "us," or "our"). AlgoLedger is a strategy monitoring and decision-support platform for algorithmic and discretionary trading strategies.
AlgoLedger is a monitoring and analytics tool. It does not execute trades, hold funds, manage accounts, act as a broker-dealer, or act as an investment adviser.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, accessing the platform after being presented with these Terms, or continuing to use AlgoLedger, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Website Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or platform.
3. Not Financial Advice
Health Signal, Consultant recommendations, Trading Plan Generator output, alerts, summaries, charts, backtests, and all other analytics are informational tools based on user-provided or user-connected data. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or trading advice. AlgoLedger does not tell users what to buy, sell, trade, or hold.
4. Trading Risk and Backtests
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Backtested, simulated, hypothetical, model, or paper-trading results have inherent limitations. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Hypothetical results may be prepared with the benefit of hindsight and may not reflect liquidity, slippage, commissions, fees, execution delays, changing market conditions, or the emotional and financial impact of actual trading.
5. Accounts and Tiers
Access is organized into Pioneer, Starter, Pro, and Elite tiers, plus team accounts provisioned through Request Access. Founding-member pricing, where offered, applies only as described at the time of purchase and while the qualifying subscription remains active.
6. Data and Third-Party Imports
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of data you import or connect from third-party sources, including TradingView, TraderSync, brokers, and other tools. AlgoLedger is not affiliated with, and does not guarantee compatibility with, any specific broker, exchange, trading platform, or third-party service unless expressly stated in writing.
7. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or unauthorized commercial use of platform data or software.
- No use of the platform in a way that violates applicable securities, commodities, trading, data, privacy, or export-control laws.
- No attempt to bypass authentication, billing, plan limits, tenant boundaries, or security controls.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoLedger will not be liable for trading losses, missed signals, missed opportunities, platform interruptions, imported-data errors, third-party service failures, or decisions made in reliance on platform output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated before launch and periodically thereafter. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by website notice, email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method.
