1. Who Operates AlgoLedger
This Privacy Policy explains how Strategic Lifecycle System LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AlgoLedger.io ("AlgoLedger," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through AlgoLedger.io and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information you provide directly, including name, email address, organization, role, login credentials, support communications, billing identifiers, and subscription details.
We may collect trading and strategy information you import, upload, or connect, including backtest exports, live trade history, strategy identifiers, broker or platform metadata, alerts, performance summaries, and other records needed to operate the platform.
We may collect standard usage and technical data, including login activity, feature usage, device/browser information, cookies, approximate location derived from network data, security logs, and diagnostic records.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate AlgoLedger, calculate Health Signal, generate Consultant recommendations, and provide other analytics against your own imported or connected data.
- To administer accounts, roles, billing, subscriptions, entitlements, support, security, and fraud-prevention controls.
- To send account, product, legal, billing, support, and marketing communications, subject to applicable opt-out rights.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, protect the service, and maintain audit records.
4. Trading Data
We do not sell trading data to third parties. Your strategy and trading data is used to serve your account and is not shared with other tenants except as permitted by your own account roles and permissions. If AlgoLedger later uses aggregated or deidentified data for product improvement, the final policy should describe that use before launch.
5. Sharing and Processors
We may share information with service providers that help operate AlgoLedger, such as hosting, database, payment processing, email delivery, help desk, analytics, logging, security, broker/data integrations, and professional advisers. A launch-ready version should identify material subprocessors or link to a subprocessor list.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
AlgoLedger may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and service operation. Additional cookie controls or disclosures may be provided where required by law.
7. Data Retention
Trading data, account data, billing records, support records, and system logs are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and backups, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data by contacting AlgoLedger. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, backup, or legitimate business purposes. You may opt out of marketing emails, but we may still send transactional or account-related messages.
9. Security
AlgoLedger uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Data practices are subject to applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.171, where applicable.
